Right now as children go back to school and professionals gear up for the last part of the year, I want sellers to know that its normal to experience a little dip in interest during this period. With only so much time per day, it can be easy to why and how home searching becomes a lower priority. This effect can also be seen during the holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas. Take this time to get the home ready for the oncoming buyers, and also for yourselves.
